Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants in Chennai seeks a GM - Project Management to lead and steward multiple civil and interior projects, ensuring on-time delivery and strict budget control. You will supervise procurement, vendor management, and key client communications to maintain project alignment with business objectives.

The role oversees projects across the South region (TN, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil, Interior, or Architecture.
• Experience handling multiple civil/interior projects simultaneously at different locations.
• Candidate should have experience with corporate/office buildings/IT parks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
