Expression 360 Services India Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to lead Client Servicing and Business Development for government and PSU accounts in Delhi.

The role demands deep experience with government clients, winning new business, and managing large portfolios. The candidate should have 12–15 years in advertising, communications, or integrated agencies, with strong tendering and new business capabilities and a track record in managing multi-domain teams.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in advertising, communications, MarCom, events or integrated agencies.
• Strong Government/PSU experience is required.
• Expertise in government business development and tendering processes.
• Experience in key account management and leading teams.
• Should have handled large accounts and P&L responsibilities.
• Good understanding of digital, social media and integrated communication.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and grow relationships with Government Ministries, Departments and PSUs.
• Lead business development and new client acquisition in the government sector.
• Demonstrate strong experience in government tenders, RFPs, proposals and bidding.
• Manage key government accounts and ensure smooth client servicing.
• Lead and manage teams across different domains and functions.
• Take ownership of business targets, revenue, and P&L responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities for new projects across Digital, Social Media, Branding, Events and Communications.
• Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, digital and execution teams to deliver projects.
• Build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers.
