Job description

Shift Timings: 24x5 Support (Weekend Off). Candidates must be flexible for APJ, EMEA, and AMER shifts (assigned post‑training).

Work Location and Address: Bangalore and Hyderabad. Work from Office (5 days/week). For female employees, cab will be provided if shift timings are between 8pm to 6am.

Face‑to‑face interview is mandatory.

Mandatory Skills

• 1–3 years in international BPO
• STS – Order Management or OTC background
• Verbal and written expertise in any one of the following languages: German (x2), French (x1), Japanese (x2), Chinese (x2), Portuguese (x1), Spanish (x1), Korean (x1)
• Support experience in similar domains
• Multi‑tasking, stakeholder engagement, and real‑time problem‑solving
• Knowledge of ecosystem and sales processes
• Experience with order‑to‑cash (OTC) workflows
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote)
