We are looking for a leader to manage and continuously improve our Source to Pay process, driving end‑to‑end excellence across the organization.
Purpose and Mission
The person in this role is responsible for managing the Source to Pay process from end‑to‑end, including implementation, maintenance and improvement of the process, and business partnering.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management
- Identify key stakeholders
- Ensure the communication channels and governance framework between Business Unit, functions and GBS are clearly understood and followed by all parties
- Ensure service‑level agreements (SLA) deliverables are defined and understood by key stakeholders
- Participate in pre‑defined forums/process councils to discuss performance & issues with all parties
- Ensure strong liaison between GBS, Business and functions to address issues in a timely manner
- Process Excellence
- Work with stakeholders to develop a process map of how processes feed into each other and what inputs or outputs are involved
- Create and maintain process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures) allowing anyone to manage, troubleshoot and complete the process without GPO guidance
- Identify non‑standardised areas, force standardisation and validate any deviation or exception towards the standard process
- Identify synergies and efficiencies amongst relevant functions within the organisation
- Support the function representatives and SSC teams to ensure all process deliverables are met on time and consistently in coordination with other functional areas
- Define, monitor and report process performance against metrics and KPIs aligned with relevant functions
- Support the function representatives and SSC teams in defining actions and measurements to improve performance and reach targets
- Define and drive the implementation of system changes or new system implementations (SAP, automation…) that affect the process in compliance with corporate guidelines and in coordination with IT, Finance, Procurement, Sales and HR
- Define and drive the implementation of the process standardisation and improvement actions in compliance with corporate guidelines and in coordination with IT, Finance, Procurement, Sales and HR
- Be the innovation ambassador connected to new technologies in connecting networks where the latest tools and solutions are promoted
- Drive a continuous improvement culture within GBS and the concerned functions
- Control and Compliance
- Ensure adherence of all company policies & directives
- Ensure an adequate control environment exists to fully meet corporate/group requirements in relation to deliverables
- Support activities for the internal and external audits in close collaboration with the group internal audit and risk management team, financial controllers and concerned functions
- Support enquiries and audits from tax authorities, working closely with financial controllers, local BU representatives and group tax
- Others
- Be the point of contact and provide expertise relating to global projects such as M&A with integration support (apply group policies to new acquisitions in BU and initiatives impacting the process)
- In this role you will be part of the procurement leadership team
Profile
- University degree
- Experience working with global and multicultural teams
- 5+ years post‑qualification experience, with a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end concept and relevant process
- Strong systems, data and IT technical skills; experience in SAP environment and automation/digitalisation is a requirement
- Experience leading change processes and identifying key risks and controls
- Strong process excellence, continuous improvement and customer service mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with senior management, BU leadership team, COE, GBS & group teams and auditors
- Open mind with ability to constantly challenge the status quo
- Ability to work well with deadlines and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands
- Fluent in English and preferably additional language
