Job summary

Aramco Asia India is seeking an experienced Relocation Manager to oversee end-to-end relocation activities for employees, coordinating closely with Head Office Relocation/Global Mobility. You will manage pre-hire contingencies, visa processing, travel arrangements, and budgeting, ensuring compliance with policies and timely delivery.

The role requires 7–8 years in Global Mobility/Relocation, preferably in Oil & Gas, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline; 7–8 years in Global Mobility/Relocation, preferably in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relocation processes across stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-hire relocation contingencies: background checks, medicals, verifications, and visa processing.
• Coordinate pre-departure orientation, travel orders, flight itineraries, and travel arrangements.
• Review relocation expenses, invoices, and reimbursements per policy.
• Maintain relocation records and update SuccessFactors, trackers, and reports; provide status updates.
• Independently manage multiple relocation cases and related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

• Manage end-to-end employee relocation processes, closely coordinating with the Head Office Relocation/Global Mobility team and candidates.
• Oversee pre-hire and relocation contingencies, including background verification, medical evaluation, qualification/degree attestation, QVP, visa processing, and related documentation.
• Coordinate pre-departure orientation, travel orders, flight itineraries, and candidate travel arrangements, ensuring timely completion of all relocation activities.
• Review and track relocation expenses, invoices, and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate relocation records and update SuccessFactors (SF), trackers, and reports; provide regular status updates and weekly reporting to the Head Office team.
• Should have strong knowledge of visa/relocation processes, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and case management, with the ability to independently manage multiple relocation cases.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by management in line with business requirements.

Minimum Level of Education and Experience Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 7–8 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility/Relocation, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
