Job summary

Reichle & De-Massari (R&M) India seeks a logistics professional to coordinate export orders from India, align production and shipment plans, and ensure timely export execution.

You will manage export documentation, Incoterms, and AWB/B/L, liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to prevent delays.

Ideal candidates have experience in international transport and export law, with a global outlook spanning Asia, Europe and other regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with export documentation such as AWB and B/L.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and their meanings.
• Experience in exporting from India to Asia, Europe and other regions.
• Familiarity with export declarations and customs processes.
• Understanding of international transport and trade practices.

Responsibilities

• Following customer orders and production plan to prepare for shipment execution.
• Estimation of volume and proactive reservations for transport.
• Keep close contact with local production and transport agents to arrange the export on time.
• Communicating with global customer service department for any changes in export
• Execution of goods for packing
• Arranging export out of India incl. documents preparation according to local law together with active communication with local customs agent.
• Ensure correct documentations to be sent along with the shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Professional experience in export out of India to different destinations in Asia, Europe, and others. Ideally experienced in an international manufacturing company.
• Knowledge in international transport and trade
• Being aware of international transport and export documentations export declarations, AWB, B/L, etc.
• Knowledge of Incoterms types and their meaning
• Logistics and transport modes
• Understanding of international business practices
• Good knowledge of the export legal framework
