Job summary

WOW Softech in Jaipur seeks a Head Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment function across leadership and senior roles. You will partner with business heads and HR, build a strong talent pipeline, and drive sourcing, assessment, and offers across locations.

You will strengthen employer branding, optimize time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and mentor a high-performance TA team, backed by analytics and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition leadership, preferably in large, multi-location orgs.
• Proven track record of handling high-volume as well as leadership and niche hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to work with senior leadership.
• Experience in building and leading TA teams and recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, analytics and recruitment tech.

• Lead and drive the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across leadership, mid-senior and critical roles.
• Partner with Business Heads, functional leaders and HR to translate manpower requirements into hiring plans.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions across locations.
• Lead senior and leadership hiring, including CXO and heads of functions.
• Strengthen sourcing channels through executive search, referrals, networks, and digital platforms.
• Establish processes for workforce planning, sourcing, assessment and offers.
• Drive improvements in Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire metrics.
• Strengthen employer brand and talent attraction strategy.
• Develop relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities Head Talent Acquisition:

• Lead and drive the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organizations business and growth objectives.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across leadership, mid-senior and critical business positions.
• Partner closely with Business Heads, Functional Leaders and HR Leadership to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions across functions and locations.
• Lead senior and leadership hiring, including CXO, functional heads and other strategically important positions.
• Build and strengthen sourcing channels through executive search, lateral hiring, employee referrals, professional networks, digital platforms and other talent pools.
• Establish robust processes for workforce planning, requisition management, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management.
• Drive improvements in Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Cost-per-Hire and overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Strengthen the organizations employer brand and talent attraction strategy to improve the quality and availability of candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with external search firms, recruitment partners, consultants and talent platforms, ensuring effective utilization and governance.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, building a high-performance and business-oriented recruitment culture.
• Leverage technology, recruitment analytics, AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to improve sourcing, screening and hiring efficiency.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop and present TA dashboards, hiring analytics, market intelligence and recruitment insights to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, compliance requirements and organizational standards.
• Continuously benchmark talent availability, compensation trends and competitor hiring practices to support informed hiring decisions.

Key Requirement:
