Job summary

Genpact seeks a Global Delivery Leader to architect and drive enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives in Bengaluru. You will lead cross-functional teams, embed Lean and Six Sigma principles, and push digital transformation to scale delivery across global operations.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments. Hybrid work model in India with global collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in IE, IS or OM; MBA or MSc in PM preferred.
• Certifications CPSM and CSCP are required.
• English language proficiency as stated in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies to drive efficiency, quality and scalability across delivery operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in operational processes and service delivery models.
• Lead and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma and digital transformation methodologies.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks across global operations.
• Drive transformation programs that enhance customer experience, reduce cost-to-serve and improve process agility.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and global leadership to align operational excellence goals with business objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination and capability building across delivery teams worldwide.
• Promote innovation by integrating automation, analytics and emerging technologies into operational workflows.
• Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and measurable outcomes.
