Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks across global operations.
