Job summary

Genpact seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives for global clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape program delivery, and ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with Transformation leadership, sales, and service lines, developing thought leadership on trends while managing risks, timelines, and budgets to deliver complex cloud and digital projects at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or analytics with PM exposure.
• Strong communication, data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Solve client problems using data-driven approaches to design best solutions.
• Lead projects from diagnostic and design to implementation and rollout.
• Assist with business development with Transformation leadership and sales teams.
