Technodeal Enerpower Private Limited invites applications for GET - Electrical after Pre-Placement Internship. Based in Nagpur HQ, you will support project engineers on-site, coordinate with teams and vendors, and gain hands-on EPC experience through structured phases.

This opportunity targets final-year electrical engineers or fresh graduates with 0–2 years’ experience, willing to learn and adapt to field conditions. Training and autonomy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Electrical pursuing final year and willing to learn on-site.
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of experience welcomed.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering required; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors and consultants.
• Exposure to EPC project execution and design coordination.
• Work on on-site industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY ENTAILS

Phase 1: Pre-Placement Internship (PPI)

• Duration:3 – 6 months (full-time)
• Work directly on-site on industrial, commercial & infrastructure projects
• Strong focus on learning, discipline, and on-ground problem solving
• Obtain real-world exposure Project sites about MEP Systems

Phase 2: GET – Electrical (Full-time role)

• Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a confirmed GET role with Technodeal Enerpower.
• Structured learning, mentoring and exposure to EPC, project execution, and design coordination.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in managing assigned projects, coordinate with site teams, vendors, and consultants
