Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a seasoned professional in the quality domain for responsibilities spanning understanding customer needs, deployment in products, and benchmarking quality parameters. The role involves cross-functional coordination, process and final inspections of panels, dies, and fixtures, and generating dashboards for senior management.

The candidate will conduct various audits (Process Audit, GNODA-C / GNOFA-C), perform MSA & SPC studies, and ensure Measuring

• 8 to 10 yrs

Responsibilities

• Understand Customer needs and latent Desires and ensure Deployment in Products
• Benchmark Quality Parameters and Improve Product Quality of Tools and Dies.
• Working closely with various stakeholders (Internal & External)
• In process & Final inspection of the Panels, Dies & Fixtures.
• Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.
• To carryout Different Audits like Process Audit & GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audit.
• To carry MSA & SPC study.
• To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.
• To maintain the safe working condition & good house keeping in the Department
