Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Leader for our Madhya Pradesh plant. The role focuses on monitoring and controlling Quality systems, ensuring processes comply with documented standards, and driving corrective actions to improve effectiveness.

You will oversee product and process audits, supplier quality, and customer‑facing resolution of field concerns. BE (Mech/ Auto/ Production) and 15–20 years in a large four‑wheeler company are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in a large four wheeler automobile company.
• Should have handled best-in-class products and systems.
• BE in Mechanical/Automobile/Production engineering.
