Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Pithampur, MP, seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer (BE/ME Mechanical) to drive quality assurance across panels, dies and fixtures, and to perform process audits for manufacturing enhancements.

The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, deploying quality improvements, maintaining measuring instruments, and generating dashboards for senior management reviews. It offers an opportunity to lead quality initiatives within a large, diversified manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of experience in quality/ manufacturing.
• Experience with process audits and quality improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and ensure deployment in products.
• Benchmark quality parameters and improve product quality of tools and dies.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• In-process and final inspection of panels, dies and fixtures.
• Generate quality indicator dashboards for senior management reviews.

Job description

• Understand Customer needs and latent Desires and ensure Deployment in Products
• Benchmark Quality Parameters and Improve Product Quality of Tools and Dies.
• Working closely with various stakeholders (Internal & External)
• In process & Final inspection of the Panels, Dies & Fixtures.
• Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.
• To carryout Different Audits like Process Audit & GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audit.
• To carry MSA & SPC study.
• To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.
• To maintain the safe working condition & good house keeping in the Department
