Job Description

• Assisting the Vice President and the CEO in designing the company's overall mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Attending meetings with management and sharing company information.
• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of employees such as ZMs, ASMs, RSMs, and managers, ensuring a healthy working environment.
• Contributing to sales innovations, strategic business development, and profitability aligned with strategic goals.
• Evaluating the company's success in achieving its goals and formulating corrective plans if needed.
• Managing daily operations and revenue generation, ensuring continual growth.
• Assisting in maximizing operational performance and achieving financial goals.
• Identifying ways to increase revenue and reduce costs through financial analysis and budget preparation.
• Signing documents and commitments on behalf of the company.
• Maintaining awareness of competitors, market opportunities, and industry standards.
