St. Stone Medical Devices Privted Limited is seeking a seasoned General Manager – Sales & Business Operations to lead the sales function and oversee overall business operations from Delhi.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in Medical Devices / Surgical Products / Medical Equipment / Healthcare / Hospital Supplies or related industries.
• Experience in managing both Indoor and Field Sales Teams.
• Previous experience in a senior Sales, Business Development, Business Operations or General Management role preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Indoor Sales and Outdoor/Field Sales Teams.
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies and targets.
• Monitor sales performance, target achievement, customer follow-ups and business pipeline.
• Drive business development through new customers, hospitals, dealers, distributors and institutional accounts.
• Develop new territories and identify opportunities for market expansion.
• Establish and implement a structured Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting/MIS System.
• Review sales, collections, outstanding, customer development and team performance.
• Improve accountability, productivity and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Dispatch, Production and other departments for smooth business operations.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and introduce systematic working procedures and SOPs.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Work closely with management for existing product improvement, new product opportunities and business expansion.
• Handle key customers and important business relationships.
• Conduct regular business review meetings and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Act as an extended arm of the Owner/Management for execution and monitoring of business activities.
• Provide regular business performance reports, analysis and recommendations to the Owner.

Job Summary
