Job Description

• Assist the Vice President and CEO in designing the company's overall mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Attend management meetings and share company information.
• Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of employees such as ZMs, ASMs, RSMs, and managers, ensuring a healthy working environment.
• Contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development, and company profitability aligned with strategic goals.
• Evaluate the company's success in achieving its goals and develop plans to address any issues.
• Manage daily operations and revenue generation, ensuring continuous growth.
• Assist in maximizing operational performance and achieving financial goals.
• Identify ways to increase revenue and reduce costs by analyzing financial reports and preparing budgets.
• Sign documents and make commitments legally binding for the company.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, markets, and industry standards.
• Measure and analyze key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM software and understanding of store operations.
• Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Implement strategies at ground level, motivate and instruct teams, and boost morale to generate more prescription business from C&F Super Stock, distributors, and retailers.

• Possess good knowledge of medical science to resolve queries related to C&F Super Stock, distributors, retailers, and team issues.

Salary: 24L to 48L per annum + Incentives + State Allowance + Head Quarters Allowance.
