The role focuses on manpower planning, training and development, implementing line balancing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance.

Candidates should have 10–15 years in heavy fabrication and hands-on welding experience

• 10–15 years of experience in heavy fabrication (BVCM, BOXNS, BOXNHL wagons).
• Proven manpower management: recruitment, training, retention.
• Proficiency in MIG/TIG/arc welding processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in heavy fabrication industry with expertise in BVCM, BOXNS, BOXNHL wagon.
