Job summary

Whistling Woods International seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee end-to-end maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and civil systems on site in Maharashtra. You will manage AMC contracts, develop preventive maintenance plans, lead vendor negotiations, and drive cost-effective operations with minimal downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders for ongoing improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
