Job summary

JLL in Gurugram, India seeks a facilities engineering leader to oversee complete engineering and maintenance of the client facility. You will ensure 100% uptime of critical equipment and coordinate AMC vendors, monitoring maintenance activities and planning preventive maintenance with vendors.

You will maintain stock of spares and support event management with engineering inputs. You will also drive energy conservation initiatives, support the facility manager with management reports, review

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential.
• 6–8 years of corporate level experience required.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with client staff.
• Tendering and service improvement experience required.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
• Experience with Projects and Site Transition.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using systems.
• Continuous improvement experience desirable.
• Experience with client reporting and preparation of reports.

Education / Yrs. of Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential
• Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in corporate level
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;
• Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives required;
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements;
• Knowledge and experience in Projects and Site Transition
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems;
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable;
• Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
• Complete knowledge of office electrical / ups circuit. Air-conditioning / AHU, D.G Set operation, layouts.
• Ability to trouble shoot.
• Knowledge of all Electrical cabling location Inquisitive
• Flexible with 24 x 7 Environment.
