Job summary

Central Park is seeking a senior leasing and asset management professional to lead the leasing strategy for our luxury residential condominiums, including premium studios.

You will focus on corporate and expatriate leasing, manage investor relationships, and maximize rental performance while monitoring the secondary market to strengthen premium positioning of our developments. A successful candidate will bring deep NCR market knowledge and proven bulk leasing expertise.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in residential leasing, corporate housing, or rental asset management.
• Strong knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR premium rental and resale markets.
• Established relationships with corporates, MNCs, and expatriate networks.
• Proven expertise in bulk leasing and negotiations.
• Experience in investor management and rental portfolio performance.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.

The incumbent will lead the leasing and rental asset management for our portfolio of luxury residential condominiums, including premium studios apartments.

The role will focus on driving corporate and expatriate leasing, managing investor relationships, maximizing rental performance, and monitoring the secondary market to strengthen the premium positioning of our developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead leasing strategy for luxury residences including studios.
• Develop corporate relationships with MNCs, relocation agencies, and companies seeking long-term accommodation for expatriates and senior executives.
• Drive bulk and long-term leasing arrangements and negotiate commercially favorable terms.
• Liaise with investors regarding leasing, rental agreements, renewals, collections, and rental commitments.
• Monitor secondary-market transactions, resale pricing, and competing developments to support premium asset positioning.
• Lead the leasing team & track performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate

• 15 years of experience in residential leasing, corporate housing, or rental asset management.
• Strong knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR's premium residential rental and resale markets.
