• Prepare leasing MIS, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations and lease documentation requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM Leasing with strong expertise in the real estate sector and comprehensive knowledge of leasing operations, tenant acquisition, commercial negotiations, and lease closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end leasing activities for real estate projects.
• Identify potential tenants, generate leasing leads, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, channel partners, and property consultants.
• Negotiate rental terms, lease agreements, and commercial conditions to maximise revenue.
• Manage property presentations, site visits, tenant follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Project teams for lease documentation and execution.
• Monitor leasing performance, occupancy levels, rental income, and leasing targets.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare leasing MIS, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and management reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates with Real Estate Leasing experience only will be preferred.
