Job summary

FLIPSPACES is seeking a GM/AVP Design for its Mumbai studio, overseeing high-end commercial spaces with US shift timing. You will lead design strategy, mentor a cross-disciplinary team, and drive profitability while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

You will partner with sales, operations and execution to maintain budget, vision, and timelines, and you will be the face of design in client pitches and project kickoffs, shaping experiences across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-quality design for commercial or hospitality interiors.
• Client-facing presentation skills.
• Strong handle on project economics, BOQ, and budgeting.
• Hands-on with design tools and quality reviews.
• Proven record of delivering multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
