Job summary

Sundaram Landscape is seeking a senior leader with extensive experience in real estate and construction to drive end-to-end project delivery. The role focuses on planning, execution, budgeting, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards across large residential or commercial projects.

The candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors and authorities, lead on-site teams, monitor costs, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge across project planning, execution, budgeting, BOQ, quality control, safety compliance, contractor management and statutory approvals.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Lead on-site engineering and construction activities while ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets; manage costs and approve contractor bills and variation claims.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety audits; enforce site safety protocols and environmental regulations.
