Job summary

Keytaal Worldwide is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multi-site civil construction projects in Mumbai. You will oversee timelines, budgets, resources, safety compliance, and quality at all sites while coordinating with site in-charges, contractors, and vendors.

You will liaise with consultants for inputs and drawings, drive cross‑department collaboration for on-time delivery, and lead weekly site reviews with senior management.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and track project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Experience coordinating multi-site construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles in site execution.
• Proven track record in quality assurance and safety implementation.
• Experience with contract management and BOQ understanding.

3. Facilitate seamless inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth execution and quick resolution of on-site issues.

4. Liaise with external stakeholders, including consultants, for timely inputs, drawings, and detail finalizations.

5. Lead and participate in weekly site review meetings, and present consolidated updates and progress reports to senior management.

6. Attend and contribute to weekly management review meetings with inputs on policy adherence, process improvement, and overall project enhancement.
