Job summary

Jampana Hotels And Theatres in Visakhapatnam is seeking a hands-on General Manager to take full charge of a 40-key business hotel with restaurant and banquet operations. You will own P&L, pricing, OTA and channel management, and drive corporate account development across the AnakapalleAtchutapuramVisakhapatnam belt.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in hotel ops, 3+ in GM roles, PMS and channel manager experience, fluent Telugu with English and Hindi, and willingness to reside in Anakapalle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in hotel operations with 3 years in a Dy. GM or GM role.
• Proven P&L ownership and a track record in corporate sales.
• Working knowledge of PMS and channel manager platforms.
• Fluent Telugu with working English and Hindi; willing to reside in Anakapalle.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the property and manage rooms revenue and pricing.
• Oversee OTA and channel management and corporate account development.
• Drive F&B profitability, guest experience and online reputation management.
• Lead team building, statutory compliance and cost control.
• Commission and ramp up 16 new rooms.

A 40 key business hotel with restaurant and banquet operations, currently expanding, seeks a hands-on General Manager to take full charge of the property.

Reporting directly to the managing director, you will own the P&L rooms revenue and pricing, OTA and channel management, corporate account development across the AnakapalleAtchutapuramVisakhapatnam industrial belt, F&B profitability, guest experience and online reputation, team building, statutory compliance and cost control. You will also commission and ramp up 16 new rooms.

Preferred candidate profile

You should have: Minimum 8 years in hotel operations including 3 as Dy. GM or GM; demonstrable P&L ownership and a corporate sales record you can name accounts for; working command of a PMS and channel manager; fluent Telugu with working English and Hindi; and willingness to reside in Anakapalle.
