Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury hotel operations is required.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of hotel operational heads.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and guest relations.
• Oversee brand image management and service standards.
• Take responsibility for P&L and financial performance.
• Review KRAs of Operational Heads and drive performance.
• Utilize MIS for reporting and decision making.
• Build teams and drive employee engagement.
• Support recruitment across departments.
