Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational efficiency across all functions.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Supervise and mentor department heads and employees to enhance productivity and performance.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present business reports, budgets, and performance analyses to the management.
• Collaborate with senior management in organizational planning and decision-making.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous process improvements.
