KRD Motors in Tamil Nadu seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations at the Jayankondam showroom, address customer complaints, and drive high customer-satisfaction metrics. You will recruit and train service, office, and sales/finance managers, implement cost-effective advertising, monitor inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while aiming for profit targets.

This role requires relocation if needed and willingness to commute.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4-5 years of experience in a sales or general manager role at a dealership or auto group.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and current trends.
• Strong communication skills, proven leadership ability, and proficiency in interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Willingness to commute and work onsite at Jayankondam, Ariyalur District, Tamil Nadu, and relocate if required.
