Job summary

KRD Motors is seeking an attentive accounting professional to manage day-to-day entries, invoicing, and financial reporting for its auto dealership in Jayankondam. You will handle GST, TDS, and inventory billing while coordinating with auditors and management.

The role requires 2–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to work onsite in Ariyalur District. Competitive salary offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an automobile dealership or retail business.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules.
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of dealership billing and inventory accounting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite in Jayankondam, Ariyalur District.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups with customers and vendors
• Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and ledgers regularly
• Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements and financial reports for management review
• Track and maintain records for vehicle stock, spare parts, and workshop billing
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and dealership management when required
• Monitor outstanding payments and support the sales team in finance documentation
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
• Support payroll processing and staff reimbursement records if required
