Job summary

Indian Institute of Vedic Science (IIVS) in Noida is hiring a Gemstone Sales Expert to handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and convert qualified leads into sales. You will work with gemstone products, maintain CRM records, and aim to achieve monthly targets, coordinating with billing, certification and dispatch teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in gemstone or luxury retail sales, strong product knowledge, and persuasive closing skills.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in gemstone, jewellery, luxury retail, B2C or consultative sales.
• Good knowledge of gemstones and their quality parameters.
• Knowledge of Vedic Astrology & gemstone recommendations is a strong advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle gemstone enquiries through calls & WhatsApp.
