Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender activities on the GeM portal, monitor tender opportunities, prepare and submit bids.

• Track bid statuses and outcomes; communicate with government departments and agencies as needed.

Role Description

The GEM Tender Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end tender activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. This full-time, on-site role based in Sundarnagar includes daily tasks such as monitoring tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with tender specifications and documentation requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs, maintaining accurate records of tender submissions, and tracking bid statuses and outcomes. The executive will also handle communication with government departments and agencies, assist with pricing strategies, and support post-award follow-up to ensure smooth execution of projects linked to GeM tenders.
