Job summary

Mindstech in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking a GeM and government procurement specialist to manage e-procurement activities, bid creation, and catalogue upkeep. You will coordinate with teams to ensure timely submission on GeM and other CP portals.

You should have at least 4 years of GeM experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines while preparing MIS reports for central public procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of experience handling GeM activities.
• Experience in bid creation and participation on GeM portal.
• Managing L1 orders and catalogue on GeM.
• Invoice management and documentation for government procurement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in GeM bid creation and submission processes.
• Maintain product catalogues on GeM portal and other government portals.
• Handle L1 order creation and ongoing management on GeM.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely deliveries.
