Job summary

Krishna Enterprise in Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented procurement professional to handle end-to-end GeM bids, tenders and orders. You will search for relevant government bidding opportunities, prepare technical and commercial bids, and ensure timely submissions.

You'll analyze eligibility, BOQ, specifications and compliance, manage GeM bidding and reverse auctions, and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant Government tenders and bidding opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids within deadlines.
• Analyse tender eligibility, BOQ, specifications and compliance requirements.
• Handle GeM bidding, reverse auctions, order processing and related documentation.
• Work on GeM Government e-procurement portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical documents and commercial requirements.
• Maintain tender records, bid status and follow-ups.
