Thinkbotic Technology Private Limited (Parent Company of Infosware Private Limited) is looking for a skilled and experienced GeM Bidding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, government tendering, bid management, tender documentation, and procurement processes.

You will be responsible for identifying relevant GeM opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids, managing GeM catalogues and OEM authorizations, tracking Reverse Auctions, and coordinating with internal teams for successful bid submissions and order processing.

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor the GeM portal regularly and identify relevant bids, tenders, and procurement opportunities.
• Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial conditions.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids within defined timelines.
• Ensure all bid submissions comply with GeM requirements and tender conditions.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and other internal teams for required documents and information.
• Manage and update GeM product catalogues, product specifications, pricing, and related information.
• Coordinate for OEM authorizations, certificates, declarations, and other tender-related documents.
• Track bid status, participation, results, and Reverse Auction (RA) activities.
• Handle post‑bid and post‑award activities, including order processing and required documentation.
• Maintain proper records of submitted bids, tender documents, orders, and related correspondence.
• Follow up on GeM orders and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution.
• Stay updated with GeM portal processes, bidding procedures, and procurement requirements.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates with experience in IT products/services, software, hardware, or government procurement will be preferred.
