Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a proactive Marketing Support professional to assist with customer outreach, organize meets, site visits and product demonstrations, and track feedback to coordinate timely resolutions.

You will support BTL campaigns, product launches, exhibitions and events, monitor dealer material availability, assist digital marketing and lead generation, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support customer outreach and engagement programs.
• Assist in organizing customer meets, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Track customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain customer databases and interaction records.
• Assist in execution of BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate for product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and events.
• Monitor marketing material availability across dealer locations.
• Support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Collect and analyze competitor information on products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
• Conduct market surveys and customer research.
• Prepare reports on market trends and customer requirements.
• Support dealer performance tracking and reporting.
• Assist in implementation of dealer engagement and capability-building initiatives.
• Coordinate training logistics and communication with dealer teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in lead tracking, conversion analysis, and campaign effectiveness measurement.
• Maintain dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Product Support, Finance, and Dealer Network teams.
• Support smooth execution of field initiatives and business programs.
