Job summary

Responsibilities

• Customer Visit & Relationship Management: Plan and coordinate regular customer visits to understand requirements and maintain strong business relationships.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, enquiries, customer visits, orders, and business activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to the reporting manager.
• Track and update customer and sales-related data.
• Excel & Data Management: Maintain customer databases, sales trackers, visit reports, and other marketing records in MS Excel.
• Use Excel for data analysis, tracking, and preparation of management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Marketing & Business Development: Support business development activities and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for enquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant information with the reporting manager.
• Customer Coordination: Act as a point of coordination between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure customer requirements and feedback are communicated effectively to the concerned departments.
