Job summary

Duroply Industries is seeking a capable professional to support Data Analysis & Sales Review, Office Administration, Onboarding & Training, SFA Application Management, and Stakeholder Coordination at branch level.

The role involves preparing MIS reports, sharing insights with branch managers, tracking sales schemes, and assisting in onboarding, HR policy orientation, and attendance handling. Collaboration with dealers and internal teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support sales MIS and data analysis reports
• Share insights with BM & RM for decision-making
• Track sales schemes and prepare accurate scheme-related data
• Prepare secondary sales projections and track projections vs actuals
• Support BMs with action plans and progress assessment
• General office administration and record keeping
• Courier, POP/POS material management
• PI/PO creation and billing coordination
• Basic SAP navigation and support
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Support training videos, sales process and HR policy orientation
• Handle attendance and leave-related queries at branch level
• Ensure proper usage of SFA by sales team
• Train new joiners on SFA workflows
• Validate SFA data accuracy and report discrepancies to technical team
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholder and customer management.
• Communicate with dealers on behalf of BM & RM for forms, complaints, outstanding, CN/DN, and local services
