Alike Thoughts in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead client engagements, implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM, and handle configuration and requirements gathering.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience and practical work in any 2 HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Recruiting, with strong client handling and communication skills.
