Alike Thoughts in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in ORC, Redwood, Payroll, HCM Security, or OLC. The role requires deep knowledge of Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will hold 5–12 years in Oracle Fusion HCM, with proven ability to gather requirements, configure modules, test, and resolve issues. Face-to-face interview in Bengaluru is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants with strong hands-on experience in any one or more of the following areas: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Redwood, Payroll, HCM Security, or Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, support, enhancement and troubleshooting. Candidates with expertise in any one of the mentioned modules are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• 5–12 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Redwood / Redwood UX for HCM
• Oracle Fusion Payroll

• Payroll flows, elements, balances and payroll processes
