Job summary

LTM is seeking a HCM Techno Functional Lead (Oracle Fusion HCM) to drive integration projects and lead a team of consultants in Noida. The role covers core HR, absence management, recruitment, and compensation, with expertise in BIP, extracts, and fast formulas.

Good stakeholder interaction and patching awareness are expected. The candidate will lead technical design sessions, coordinate E2E testing, and ensure successful implementation across Fusion HCM modules.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Experience with Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, OLT, Compensation, Talent.
• Experience in integration design, testing, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fusion HCM functional streams and integration projects.
• Drive technical design sessions for integration issues and data conversion.
• Coordinate testing (DEV/SIT) and coordinate with business/users for E2E testing.
• Review integration testing reports, validate data conversion, and ensure quality.
• Interact with business to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Manage backlog and drive improvements in AMS engagements with ServiceNow.

HCM Techno functional lead with Integration exp

10 Years of techno functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

Strong experience in Fusion HCM Modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, OLT, Compensation , Talent

Experience on BIP , Extracts and Fast Formulas

Experience in Onboarding and offboarding Journeys

Redwood Page Experience

Knowledge on VBS Customization and Redwood change deployments

Competent in leading a team of Oracle HCM consultants

Understand Quarterly Patching activities and suggest areas of improvement on every release

Interact with Business to suggest or improve their business process by identifying the gaps and provide solutions

Experience in typical AMS Engagement and proficient in Service Now Ticketing Tool

Analyse the Back log tickets and Suggest ideas and improvement areas to reduce the Backlog

Review of technical design integration testing reports validation data conversion solutioning and validation

Ability to drive technical design sessions on Integration issues.

Testing Experience to Perform testing and coordinate with users to perform E2E Testing

Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios

Executing test cases in DEV and SIT

Documenting reporting test results

Integrations Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis
