Job summary

eClerx LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant to act as a product SME for Fusion HCM Cloud Security, managing role-based access controls and access to sensitive HR data. You will coordinate with development, functional, and risk teams on security implementations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Learn, Talent, Payroll) and strong communication skills to lead initiatives with minimal supervision on enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years overall work experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support
• Experience in India/global customers with Fusion HCM modules
• Strong troubleshooting in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Learn
• Experience setting up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, OU's
• Create Key Flex Fields and Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT/EIT for employees
• Knowledge of Fast Formula, OIC, HDL, OTBI, BIP templates and security concepts

Responsibilities

• Assist with 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support engagements
• Configure and support India/global customers across Fusion HCM modules
• Troubleshoot functional issues in Core HR, Recruiting, Learn and Talent management
• Set up organizational structures (BG, OU, departments) and flex fields
• Develop payslips, reports and statements for payroll processes
• Implement and support RBAC and security controls in Fusion HCM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, risk and development
• Lead associates and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality

Job description

Required Skills:

1. Overall work experience of 5-8 years
2. Designation – Vendor
3. Must have experience in Fusion HCM Modules: Core HR, Learn, Talent, Compensation, Absence, OTL, Recruitment and Payroll
4. Strong experience with Fusion Cloud technical tools: VBCS, Redwood Pages Design, HDL, HSDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Fusion AI Agent Studio, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and supporting complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, Process automation, etc.).
5. Should have experience in Oracle Fusion and HR products
6. Candidate should have good experience in implementing Role-Based Security (RBAC) in Fusion HCM.
7. Candidate should be able to act as a product SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Security, managing role-based access controls, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive HR data
8. Excellent oral/written communication skills
9. Candidate should have experience in coordinating with development teams, functional teams, business leads, information security & risk management teams on Fusion HCM security

Job Description

• At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading hands on experience in any of the two modules
• Should have experience in implementing and supporting India or global customer
• Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR,Recruiting,Learn
• Should set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc.
• Should create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT and EIT for employees of the organization.
• Should configure Goal plan, Performance Templates, Rating Models.
• Should design payslip and develop various statements, and reports pertaining to Payroll processes.
• Should be able to write Fast Formula needed and work on Approval Management Engine.
• HCM Cloud Technical Consultants with strong hands-on experience on data migration skills
• Worked on end to end implementation in Global HR, Recruiting, Learn, Talent management, Compensation and Benefit modules, creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible.
• Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
• Good to have adequate knowledge in writing SQL/PLSQL queries to develop the reports
• Understanding and experience of integrating Oracle HCM with other systems and vice versa
• Have a good hands- on experience on fast formulas
• Should have experience on Performance management, Succession plans & Talent pools, Career development, Talent management, Goals, Questionaries
