Job summary

IDEMIA Noida is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations specialist to support the Finance stream. You will handle daily ERP issues, work on AX/D365 modules, and contribute to system integrations and UAT during ERP implementations.

The role requires experience with D365 F&O and AX2009, solid accounting knowledge including AP/AR, and strong communication in English. Travel may be required as part of the project teams and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft D365 ERP experience.
• Experience in accounting, AP/AR, fixed assets, payments, inventory and controlling.
• Working knowledge of AX2009 and D365 modules.
• Ability to work with complex interfaces and finance integrations such as Kyriba.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support and maintenance for MS AX 2009 and MS D365 F&O, focusing on Finance stream.
• Manage incident tickets and requests with updated query/resolution database.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
• Assist with systems integrations and ERP implementations; train key users; participate in UAT and Hypercare.

Purpose

This role is responsible for addressing all IDEMIA IT related issues in accordance with the relevant service-level agreements and cooperating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Missions

We are hiring for “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations” role based at Noida.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily Functional support and maintenance for the MS AX 2009 and MS D356 F&O system, with focus on Finance stream
• Managing incident tickets and requests and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Assisting with systems integrations.
• Participating to return of experience based on support provided and developing long term and robust solutions
• Turn towards integration to ensure accurate end to end process
• Supporting ERP implementations on AX D365 by training key-users, participating in UAT tests and Hypercare phase.
• Assisting with systems integrations.

Required profile

• You have proven experience with:
• Microsoft D365 ERP for at least 2+ years.
• Significant experience in accounting, AP/AR area, fixed assets, payments, inventory and controlling
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments, and procurement workflows
• Absolutely working on several AX2009 and D365 modules according to the functional scope described
• Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape workflows, connection with Kyriba, Finance interfaces, etc…
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Business process-oriented mindset.
• Listening ability and patience.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to travel.
