Job summary

Idemia Syscom seeks a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations specialist for a Noida-based role. You will provide daily functional support for AX 2009 and D365 F&O, focusing on Finance, AP/AR, and related processes, while managing incidents and updating documentation.

You will also participate in system integrations, user training, UAT, and Hypercare, contributing to robust, end-to-end ERP solutions within a complex interfaces landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft D365/AX ERP.
• Significant experience in accounting, AP/AR, fixed assets, payments, inventory and controlling.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments, and procurement workflows.
• Working on AX2009 and D365 modules according to the functional scope.
• Good experience in P2P.
• Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces with Kyriba and finance interfaces.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide daily Functional support and maintenance for the MS AX 2009 and MS D356 F&O system, with focus on Finance stream
• Managing incident tickets and requests and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Assisting with systems integrations.
• Participating to return of experience based on support provided and developing long term and robust solutions
• Turn towards integration to ensure accurate end to end process
• Supporting ERP implementations on AX D365 by training key-users, participating in UAT tests and Hypercare phase.
• Assisting with systems integrations.

Required profile

• 2+ Years of experience in Microsoft D365/AX ERP.
• Significant experience in accounting, AP/AR area, fixed assets, payments, inventory and controlling
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments, and procurement workflows
• Absolutely working on several AX2009 and D365 modules according to the functional scope described.
• Good Exp in P2P.
• Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape workflows, connection with Kyriba, Finance interfaces, etc
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
