Job summary

European MNC requires an experienced professional to oversee accounts, logistics and operations from Uttar Pradesh. The role covers bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor payments, tax compliance and MIS reporting. You will coordinate shipping, inventory control and spare parts management while supporting sales and customer service activities.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in related fields, strong Excel skills, and hands-on use of Tally Prime and SAP B1, with GST/TDS knowledge and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Accounts, Logistics, Supply Chain, Dispatch or Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
• Experience in logistics planning, shipping documentation and dispatch coordination.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency and reporting capability.
• Bachelor/MBA in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• English: written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping, accounting entries, vouching and records in Tally Prime.
• Process invoices, receipts, vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Manage sales order processing, invoicing and customer support.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, dispatch and transport activities.
• Track domestic and international shipments and maintain shipping documentation.

• Handle spare parts management and warehouse coordination.

Ensure efficient accounting, administration, logistics, shipping, dispatch and inventory operations while maintaining statutory compliance and supporting sales and customer service activities.
