Job summary

Infosys in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD professional to design, configure, and develop HRSD solutions. You will implement HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events modules while building integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and more.

You will work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer to deliver HR automation initiatives, participate in deployments, and ensure data

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Implement and support HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events modules.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow components using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Create and maintain HR catalog items, record producers, workflows, and approval processes.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and HR applications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Active Directory, and Payroll systems.
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations using IntegrationHub and custom web services.
• Configure role-based access controls and ensure data privacy and security for HR-related information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver HR automation initiatives.
• Perform code reviews and maintain development standards aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and regression testing.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
