Job summary

  • Configuration: HR templates, record producers, dynamic assignment rules.
  • Development: JavaScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Builder.
  • Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub
  • Security: ACLs, domain separation
• Certifications:
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSDArchitectural & Design Skills

Responsibilities of a ServiceNow HRSD Architect

• Architecture & Solution Design:
  • Lead end-to-end HRSD solution design.
  • Define technical standards and best practices.
  • Create high-level architecture diagrams.
  • Facilitating clarification meetings and technical workshops.
  • Supervising and performing platform configuration and adaptation.
• Development & Configuration:
  • Build custom workflows, lifecycle events, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Configure HRSD modules and UI components.
• Integration & Performance:
  • Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.).
  • Optimize performance and ensure compliance.
