Qualifications

• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration.
• Knowledge of HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent.
• ServiceNow scripting and integration experience.
• Hands-on NowAssist, Moveworks, Process Mining-related capabilities.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
• Experience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification Required; CIS-HRSD Preferred.
