Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer in India, with 8–11+ years of experience (minimum 5+ in HRSD). The role covers architecture, design and configuration of HRSD modules across Employee Center, Onboarding/Offboarding and HR Catalog.

You will lead a team of developers, implement automated workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, and design integrations with Oracle HCM, DMS and mobile channels. Strong SDLC, ITIL governance and deployment readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–11+ years of experience, with minimum 5+ years in HRSD.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and Integrations.
• Experience leading a team of developers and ensuring SDLC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules: HR Case & Knowledge.
• Manage Employee Center, Onboarding/Offboarding, and HR Catalog workflows.
• Design integrations with Oracle HCM, BGV tools, DMS and mobile channels.
• Ensure ITIL governance, audit readiness and change management.
• Support UAT, deployments, and production assistance.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

• Ensure platform compliance with SDLC, ITIL, governance, audit, and change management standards.
• Support UAT, manage deployments, prepare backout plans, and provide production assistance.
• Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade HRSD solutions.
