You will handle IPD patient billing, floor management, telephone operations and patient care, ensuring smooth workflows and clear communication across English, Bengali and Hindi.

Graduate with BBA in Hospital Management or higher; strong computer skills and prior hospital experience preferred.

Job Description : To provide necessary service to the patient and parties , i.e. Admission & Billing , IPD patient billing, Discharge process, Telephone operations, Floor managing, Patient care and serve as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, etc.

Qualifications : Graduate (BBA in Hospital Management) or above, good computer knowledge and fluency in English, Bengali and Hindi.

Experienced Candidates i.e. those having experience of working in any reputed Hospital or Health sector are preferable.
